James Wolcott Named Business Consulting Director at Kaufman Rossin

Kaufman Rossin, one of the top 100 CPA and advisory firms in the U.S., announced that James Wolcott has been designated as director of business consulting services.

Wolcott leads the firm’s business consulting practice with his expertise in corporate advisory, operational improvement, and financial planning and analysis. He is a strategic management consultant with experience across pre-revenue, middle-market and Fortune 1000 companies.

With his knowledge of operational and strategy consulting, corporate restructuring and systems planning and implementation, Wolcott helps clients navigate business challenges and improve future performance.

Kaufman Rossin’s business consulting service offerings include: business planning services, performance improvement and process improvement, as well as interim management and leadership.

Wolcott and his team advise clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, automotive, communications and pharmaceutical companies.

His previous roles include CFO at a financial technology firm based in Austin, TX, as well as managing director at an M&A advisory firm specializing in special situations and corporate restructuring. In addition, Wolcott has served as CEO at a global strategy consulting firm and held a senior advisory position at Citigroup in the office of Global Operations and Technology. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College.
