Overview
Amy Reed is a director and leads staff development for Kaufman Rossin’s Entrepreneurial Services group, one of the largest service lines within the firm. She has a proven track record for developing and implementing high-quality, technical, collaborative programs. Her focus is on helping grow all professionals within the group by providing the tools and training needed to help each person highlight their unique strengths and achieve success in their role.
Amy is a QuickBooks Online Pro-adviser, the co-founder of THRIVE — Kaufman Rossin’s newest employee resource group focused on mental health and fitness, and a member of Kaufman Rossin Empowering Women.
She is an active member of the Alliance of Therapy Dogs and Misty Pals Inc where she volunteers her time to bring joy to people in assisted living, hospice, and schools through therapy visits with her dog, Meadow. She is also involved in promoting reading among children in the “Paws for Read” program. Amy has published 13 books and training manuals, geared towards children and adults of all ages, teaching them character-building skills through fictional stories to keep them engaged.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
