Article 1
Effective leaders understand how to draw on multiple sources of power depending on the scenario they are in. In order to understand how managers, make choices, it is necessary to acknowledge that they are constantly making decisions and that the quality of their decision-making has an impact sometimes a major impact on the success of the company and the stakeholders (Demleitner, 2010).
Legitimate power is often seen as a learned talent that improves with time. Formal authority is a sort of formal authority that you obtain when you have a certain position inside your business. Legitimate power often operates on the basis of fear, and it drives individuals to do things that they would not otherwise do of their own will. The most severe form of coercion is that of government tyrants who threaten bodily damage if their subjects do not comply with their orders. It confers power on you inside the organization, depending on your position. It also lasts as long as you continue to serve in that position. Subordinates are aware of the existence of this form of authority. As a result, it is particularly well suited to hierarchical institutions such as the military. It entails employing threats to compel others to comply with your wishes. The fact that they are doing it out of fear of penalties such as losing their employment is enough to motivate them to do it. Because this form of power is granted, it can also be revoked because good leaders do not rely primarily on a single source of authority (Hofmann et al., 2017).

Article 2
The use of energy is one of the many tools that leaders give people to practice. For me, this is a job for an administrator who knows how to use this tool. I believe in using the following. Power is often abused. Excessive use; Many people have the power to decide what is right (Johnston, 2019).
Legal authority – It is based on your work, your skills, your experience, your knowledge. If you are a doctor, your legal rights are important. However, she is not a porter, banker, stay-at-home spouse, or house cleaner. Legal powers are related to rights. Power allows you to control and command others. To move the project forward, one person has the power to make decisions and allow others to follow their advice (Johnston, 2019).
The voice is full of fear – The strongest man can control through fear. The power of the state can control the people all the way, but most people in the world allow the government to control their lives. For example, the United States. It is the fourth largest army in the world and in the United States. The same force is the largest unit. If the United States does not have such a large army, then the United States will not have such military power because it will not allow its compatriots to control their lives. It is used forcibly to control people, not the military or the city. In a sense, there is hope for this, because it moves more, less. The governor cannot lead an army unless he has the power to control the affairs of his ruler or the entire government. Hence the United States. That is all. The US government does not give any advice. That is all. Army (Johnston, 2019).
Icons. Compensation means that employees receive an economic salary for working in the organization. The worker gets paid easily and must do his job. Upon completion of the work, the employee receives a bonus from the recipient. For expensive horses, workers must perform certain tasks that are assigned to them in each period. If the employee completes work before the deadline, he or she will receive the Johnston Scholarship (Johnston, 2019).
That was the end of it. Many people who trust their group do not believe that others respond to the same desire. If you like your group and try to argue with everyone you do not like, you can tell them that the group does not know what it means to you. Your desire is your group. This is your style. If someone insults your group, fight and try to change. You talk to them and they say they do not understand you (Johnston, 2019).
