1. Critical insight

2. Integrating theory with analysis of performance The analytical content is clearly informed by evidence and well-constructed arguments. Excellent links are made between theory and relevant examples /practice. The essay draws on some relevant examples /practices and these are explained by reference to relevant theories. Some attempt has been made to incorporate examples/evidence and to use theories to explain them. This aspect of the essay needed further development. 4. Good academic practice Referencing is complete, accurate and follows the Harvard protocol The referencing is accurate and complete for the most part and follows the Harvard protocol.
