Instructions
Make a recommendation on who Susan Cassidy should hire based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of both candidates. Your recommendation should be supported by your analysis. It must be at least 500 words but not more than 1000 words. It should include the relevant components of your qualitative and quantitative analysis to support your recommendation.
