You are to provide a paper (case studies) of a minimum of 2 pages and a maximum of 3 pages (not including your cover page, abstract, or reference page).

You need at least 3 references in addition to your text. The case study and the references are to be in APA format

You’re the HR manager for a 24 X 7 call center. Part of your application process requires candidates to declare their ability to work varying work schedules including evenings, nights and weekends. During the interview process, the candidate is again asked to declare his/her availability and any limitations they may have. He/she required to initial the schedule form stating his/her availability. A recent hire declared on his/her  initial form and during the interview process he/she was available to work any and all shifts required. After the first week of employment, the new hire requested a work schedule accommodation for religious observation. The employee stated he/she could not work Saturday or Sundays due to religious observation and requested 30 minutes each day for prayer time.
