Executive Summary: Organizational Design

The goal of the project is to design a sustainable organization using OB concepts. You will identify and develop a strategic plan to create a structure and culture, recruitment strategy, etc. A PowerPoint presentation should be prepared.

 

All OB Concepts used in organizational design can be found in a book, which I will provide to you.

 

Requirement:

In addition, each student should prepare an individual executive summary based on the organizational design you have done. No more than 2 pages. No additional references are required.

  2. The completed PowerPoint of organizational design
  3. The textbook contains all applied OB CONCEPT
