|Assignment type||Each group member is required to critically evaluate the group work during Assessment 2, then write a 500 word reflective statement on what lessons can be learnt, and what can be improved.|
|Assignment structure and format||· Report must be word-processed in font size 14, font style, Arial, and 1.5 line spacing.
· Space inserted between paragraphs
· Page numbers inserted throughout
· The page orientation should be ‘portrait’
· Margins on all sides of the page should be no less than 2.54 cm
· Exceeding the word count will result in a penalty of 10% of your marks for your work.

a) Demonstrate ability to examine their understanding of the learning they have gained so far and how this learning has helped build both cognitive and behavioural skills
b) Manifest evidence that is meaningful to their understanding. For example, what have they learnt from their experience at lectures and seminars and how has this experience changed their current thinking?
c) Evaluate how the knowledge gained from this experience can be used in their future employment

As this is a reflective essay, hence, description of what you have done will not suffice. In order to reflect, you will have to describe, but keep description to absolute minimum, and focus on reflection.
