Task: If you were in early 2013 a member of the executive committee of Novartis, what recommendations would you give to Joe Jimenez for the company to become the world’s leading healthcare firm? How might Novartis implement them?

Answering the following questions may help you in completing this assignment:
1- What do you think are the main challenges &opportunities that the firm faces?
2- What are its main strengths and weaknesses?
3- In which of Vasela’s bets did the firm succeed? Failed? Why?
