Project description: Applying the principles and techniques you’ve learned in this course(Strategic Marketing), to evaluate the existing case study and particularly do case analysis (situation analysis). This project should cover issues such as: problem, industry, organization, alternatives, and recommendation.
Also, collect and analyze information about the internal and external marketing environments that the firm faces using SWOT Analysis.
Task 1: Prepare a report and a PowerPoint presentation about the assigned project.
Task 2: The report should include an introduction; objective of the project; current situation; used methods; analysis; conclusion and recommendation; figures; charts; and an appendix.
Task 3: Submit a report and presentation as word and Power Point files, respectively.
