What are Five Traits that Every Team Should Have to be Effective ?

5. Encouraging each other even if they disagree on things.

In this week’s chapter, it stated that the five elements to make a team function are:
1. common commitment and purpose
2. specific performance goals
3. complementary skills
4. Commitment to how the work gets done
5. mutual accountability
All elements are critical in creating a successful team. If everyone is committed and have a common purpose, then it’s easier for everyone to collaborate and work towards a specific goal. It is also important for everyone to have skills that are related to the team’s goal as well as being accountable for any faults that are made.
