Vlad Janov promoted to tax advisory services principal at Kaufman Rossin 

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 100 firms in the U.S., announced the promotion of Vlad Janov, CPA, to principal in the Tax Advisory Services practice.

Janov has extensive experience providing federal, multi-state, international tax compliance and consulting services to companies and individuals with a concentration in private equity investments. Additionally, he works with asset managers, onshore and offshore investors to help navigate through the ever-changing and complex federal, multi-state and international tax regulations.

He provides consulting to clients in the area of fund formation choice of entity, tax efficient structures, waterfalls, onshore and offshore feeder funds, foreign and multi-state investor tax withholding.

Janov earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Taxation from Florida International University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
