Marc Feigelson, CPA

As CFO, Marc focuses on financial and operational components of the firm’s strategic plans in addition to risk management. His practical approach to finance includes collaborating with stakeholders and leaders throughout the firm to better support their business success.
For nearly 25 years, he has responded to the changes and challenges of public accounting and has been a mentor for young professionals in the firm and a champion of its people-first culture.

Marc is responsible for maintaining leadership and management for the firm’s financial operations, including:

• Developing strategies and tactics to improve firm performance and growth initiatives
• Advising the management committee on strategic, business, and operating decisions
• Safeguarding the firm’s assets and focused risk mitigation
• Supporting practice leaders with resources, strategies and innovative solutions

In addition to his CFO role, Marc continues to stay involved in the practice as a client services partner on several long-standing relationships. He has diverse experience providing attest and advisory services primarily to privately-owned businesses and private equity firms.

Marc has a concentrated focus in the real estate, healthcare and professional services sectors. He has served as the co-leader of the firm’s real estate and construction group for the past several years and has worked closely with many of the firm’s largest real estate clients. Marc also has substantial experience in transaction advisory including M&A deal structuring and complex financial diligence matters.

Marc is a published author and has been quoted in several professional and industry publications. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA). He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
